September 2012 Marks our 24th Year in Business
Thank you Canada for your support and your business. It has been our pleasure.
The ag air industry is heating up and we are exicted by all the
new and exciting talent entering our industry.
Our commitment to the industry is as strong as ever!
How did we get started?
Yorkton Aircraft Service Ltd. was incorporated in 1989 by husband-wife team Allan & Cheryl after they
purchased the maintenance assets of the legendary Yorkton company, Yorkton Flying Service.
Allan was an Ag Pilot as well but he gave up ag spraying in order to support his customers versus
compete against them. He missed the flying and the family joke is that he blames Cheryl for stopping
his ag flying career. 24 years later the company is still going strong!
The two owners are actively involved in every aspect of this company.
Many of their staff members have been part of the team for 10-years or more.
Allan and Cheryl are very proud of their team - they are dedicated and loyal individuals.

A core value at Yorkton Aircraft is Teamwork.
Our customer's Trust is our most valued outcome from what we do.
Maintenance can be dull and boring, repetitive and demanding, 8-5, without the glam reward
- pilots get to experience the hassle free, smooth, flawless flight, the sun rise, the sun set.
So it takes a special breed to do what our team does.
Obviously safety is paramount. Mostly our kicks come from working together in an environment
where we help each other, and where we watch the airplane leave our shop knowing it is going
to make a huge difference in that customer's operation.
We value immensely the great relationship with the pilots and owners.
When they come to our shop, give us a smile, share a coffe with us - we feel that reward.
Thank you for being our customer!
